Con el tema de la mujer como 'leitmotiv' principal, esta escultora irrumpe en el mercado artístico nacional con una obra de cierto carácter reivindicativo, realmente original. Hay varias razones que hacen de sus piezas un fenómeno singular. La primera es el carácter de los personajes. Normalmente, una muestra figurativa realizada por una escultora presenta personajes más dulces, con una personalidad más diluida, con unas formas más suaves y difuminadas.
