Nelson San Julián ( Montevideo, Uruguay )
El artista nace en la ciudad de Montevideo, Uruguay en 1964. Se ha inspirado en las corrientes artísticas nacidas a comienzos del siglo XX, que dieron lugar a la creación de los grandes movimientos en la pintura. Es así que el Neo Cubismo, el Art Deco y el Planismo, toman forma y se adueñan de un espacio de la Cultura. Bajo esta influencia, surge en esa época, la conocida Escuela Montevideana en Uruguay, entre cuyos miembros estuvieron Carmelo de Arzadun, José Cuneo y Rafael Barradas entre otros, la cual deja una gran huella en el Río de la Plata.
